Although humans have been using visuals to communicate for thousands of years, Hedgehogs vs Foxes has only been around since 2014. Our humble beginnings were in the back garden of our founders house. Following several successful projects, HvF moved out to Parkwest and into a small warehouse with offices, editing suites and a filming studio. Since the move we’ve stayed true to our core beliefs- being at the forefront of innovation, nurturing creativity and being fearless.
In the beginning HvF’s main focus was brand activation and experiential marketing. As a promotional tool for the company we produced a video called ‘Summer Days’ with Dublin Town. This project aimed to cinematically capture the new vibrance of Dublin. The success of this video led us in a new direction - visual content.
Our next notch on the bedpost was pitching an original HvF idea to Fáilte Ireland called ‘Differently Dublin’. It consisted of shooting 15 Dublin based sports, from night biking to ferry wave surfing. The idea was to show Dublin in a different light. We made one 2 minute and ten 40 second videos which focused on the individual sports.
In the year of the rising, Johnny and Joe came from the east to join forces with HvF & formed The Three Wise men. These individuals came with a passion for creativity, and creativity makes us happy. They also brought new skills and expertise. We have an enthusiastic core team with a huge amount of knowledge.
We truly believe in the transformative power of visual content. It has the ability to simplify communication, elevate experiences, engage and inspire people everywhere. Good design and good relationships come from collaboration. We're excited to start a visual dialogue, learn about you, and make something beautiful together. Our best work is ahead of us and we’re excited for the future.
Be Different, Be Weird, Be Fearless.
Constantly growing with our clients, remaining professional, creative, innovative.
